Welcome Back

Welcome new and returning Mustangs! Summer flew by and we could not be more excited for what’s to come in the 2025-2026 school year.

Our PTSO volunteers have been hard at work this summer! We updated the PTSO website and online back to school forms, installed new furniture in the counselor’s hall, refreshed the teacher and administration restroom with new furniture, added a new waiting area to the guidance offices, and planted a new garden outside of the SC building complete with benches donated by the class of 1983. Most importantly, the PTSO was able to fund a quad drainage project. This project not only enhances the aesthetics of the quad for all students and staff but allows for an easier transition between classes while allowing for the MP memorial garden to be kept clean and available for all to visit.

Additionally, the PTSO is able to support Mr. Folk’s vision of a comprehensive and compassionate learning environment for students. The PTSO provides teachers with professional training and development for advanced studies programs and funds critical resources for our school such as crossing guards and cell phone lockers. All of this is made possible through your support of the Annual Fund, which is the capital campaign that supports the PTSO operating budget. Online giving and mailout coming soon.

We invite you to join the PTSO and get involved with MPHS! We look forward to seeing you on our campus this year. Thank you for supporting our school and dedicating your time to making an impact on our community! We could not do it without your ongoing support.

Best,
Nadija Golden and Jennifer Gunn |2025-26 Co-Presidents| mphs.ptso.president@gmail.com
